A Christian presence at the heart of our communities        

Autumn 2021
St Petrox and St Saviour's churches in Dartmouth are open for private prayer daily from approximately 10am to 5pm. 
St George's in Dittisham is open Monday to Thursday from 10am to 3pm (closed on Friday and Saturday).  Please observe the social distancing and hygiene measures we have put in place to keep you and others safe at this time.  Please continue to wear face coverings inside our buildings.

On Sundays there is a service of Holy Communion at 9.15am at St George's (Village Worship on the 1st Sunday) and at 11.00am in Dartmouth (check the location with the Benefice Office).  From Easter Sunday there is an evening service at St Petrox at 6.30pm, continuing throughout the summer and early autumn. There is a benefice midweek Eucharist in St Saviour's, Dartmouth at 10am on Wednesdays.

Prayers for Peace are included in our Benefice Eucharist on Wednesdays and are also available via email; if you would like to join in, please email David Gent

A very warm welcome to the United Benefice of Dartmouth and Dittisham in the beautiful South Hams area of Devon. Our mission is to be a growing, joy-filled, Christian presence at the heart of our communities. We welcome both locals and visitors of all ages to our services.

Through our four church buildings, St Clement's, St George's, St Saviour's and St Petrox, we endeavour to walk the journey of faith together, fed and nurtured by God's word and sacraments.  Worship is our first duty, and we try, and hopefully make the worship here, both reverent and accessible.

The outward sign of the Church here is the four Grade One listed buildings that we are fortunate to have for our worship:
